Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Standard delivery times depend on your location within the United States:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–9 business days

Please note that processing takes 1–3 business days before your order is handed to the carrier. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.During sale periods or new collection launches, processing times may extend slightly. We'll always notify you if there's a delay.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $79. For orders under $79, a flat shipping fee applies at checkout - it's $ 7,99.

Tip: Adding one more item to reach $79 often saves you more than the shipping cost itself.

Can I track my order?

Yes — once your order has been picked, packed, and handed to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your package in real time. You can also find your tracking information in your Alevioka account under My Orders.

If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder first, then reach out to us at support@alevioka.com.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship to the United States. We do not ship internationally.

My tracking shows "delivered" but I haven't received my package. What do I do?

This can occasionally happen due to early carrier scans. We recommend:

  • Check around your property — packages are sometimes left in alternative spots
  • Ask neighbors or building management if they received it on your behalf
  • Wait 24 hours — carriers sometimes scan early before final delivery
  • Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number

If your package is still missing after 48 hours, please contact us at support@alevioka.com and we will open an investigation with the carrier and make it right for you.

Managing your purchase

Orders & Exchanges

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

Because our order system is fully automated, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been placed. If your order has already been processed or is in transit, cancellation is not possible. However, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery in accordance with our return policy. To start a return, please contact us at support@alevioka.com.

I received a damaged or incorrect item — what should I do?

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@alevioka.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Your full name and address
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed and approved, we will provide further instructions. In these cases, return shipping costs will be covered by us.

My order is late — what should I do?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After dispatch, standard shipping typically takes 6–9 business days within the United States.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please check the tracking updates first, as carriers may occasionally experience delays during peak periods or holidays.

If your order has exceeded the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at support@alevioka.com and include your order number so we can assist you.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

We begin processing orders quickly to ensure fast dispatch. Because of this, shipping addresses usually cannot be changed once an order has been placed.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@alevioka.com. While we cannot guarantee changes, we will do our best to assist if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, in their original condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Accessories, gift cards, and final sale items cannot be returned

How do I start a return?

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@alevioka.com within 30 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Full name and address
  • Reason for the return
  • Photos if the item is damaged or incorrect

Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Please do not send items back without prior authorization, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Once approved, you must ship your return within 7 days and provide a valid tracking number.

How long does a refund take?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing takes approximately 5–7 business days after approval
  • Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?

Yes, we accept exchanges for eligible items within 30 days of delivery, subject to product availability.

To request an exchange, please contact us at support@alevioka.com with your order number. Once your return request is approved and we receive the original item back, we will process the exchange.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We do not offer instant exchanges
  • Replacement items are only shipped after the original item has been received and inspected
  • If the new item costs more, you will need to pay the difference
  • If the new item costs less, we will refund the difference

How do I find my size?

Each product page includes a detailed size guide with measurements in inches. We recommend measuring your bust, waist, and hips and comparing them to the size chart before ordering. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more relaxed, comfortable fit — especially in our linen and oversized pieces.

Are your products true to size?

Most of our pieces run true to size, though this varies by style. Relaxed and oversized styles (such as our linen sets and wide-leg pants) tend to have a generous fit. Structured pieces like tailored blazers and form-fitting dresses follow standard US sizing more closely.

Each product description includes fit notes to guide you — look for terms like "relaxed fit," "slim cut," or "true to size."

What materials do you use?

We curate pieces made from high-quality, carefully selected fabrics. Our summer collection features predominantly:

  • Linen blends — breathable, lightweight, perfect for warm weather
  • Viscose & satin — fluid, elegant drape for dresses and tops
  • Ribbed cotton knit — soft and stretchy for tops and co-ords
  • Faux leather — structured mini skirts and outerwear accents
  • Premium polyester blends — durable, wrinkle-resistant, and designed to maintain shape and color while offering a smooth, refined finish

How do I care for my Alevioka pieces?

Care instructions vary by fabric and are found on the product label and product page. General guidance:

  • Linen: Machine wash cold, gentle cycle. Lay flat to dry. Low iron.
  • Satin/Viscose: Hand wash or delicate cycle. Do not tumble dry.
  • Knit: Cold wash, reshape and dry flat to maintain shape.
  • Polyester blends: Machine wash cold, gentle cycle. Wash with similar colors. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low or hang to dry. Cool iron if needed.
